Danske Graduate will give you the perfect start to your career. You will embark on an amazing 18-month journey together with your fellow graduates where you will grow and develop – personally and professionally. Your 18-month programme will consist of three six-month rotations including one international rotation outside your home market.

The programme will be an opportunity to gain international experience, a great network and a strong understanding of our business, as well as the opportunity to impact Danske Bank and our ambitions for the future.

You apply for one of three tracks – Advisory, Finance & Economics or Business Innovation.

What we look for in Advisory graduates
You graduate with a master’s degree before 1 September 2019. You expect to graduate top of your class and probably have international experience from studying or working abroad, combined with relevant work experience from a student job or internship. If you see yourself as part of the Advisory track your educational background is probably within finance, economics, business administration or similar. You have strong interpersonal skills and are great at seeing the world from the point of view of our customers. As an Advisory Graduate you will work with developing services to selected customer segments as you help them to be financially confident and achieve their ambitions. You contribute to our aspiration to be number 1 on customer experience.
For all tracks, you need to really stand out, and to have an exceptional personality and a change mindset. We expect you to be a result-oriented fast-learner with business acumen and the ability to make your knowledge relevant to both customers and colleagues in a rapidly changing environment. Fluency in English, both spoken and written, is required.
