You will be working as part of IBM’s Legal Department and represent IBM’s interests in many contexts. We work both nationally, regionally and internationally, and as such we view IBM’s Legal Department as a major international law firm. You will be employed in the Danish part of the Legal Department and will co-operate with colleagues across Europe, but also in the United States.
Your work will comprise of the following roles/tasks:
- Drafting and negotiating customer contracts in particular within outsourcing, large system developments and implementations, cloud, software and hardware for both private and public customers;
- Advising in the field of public procurement, data privacy, competition and intellectual property law; and
- Advising in all other legal disciplines that exist in a large business enterprise, including HR, corporate matters, compliance, M&A and litigation.

Who are you?
The ideal candidate is a business-oriented lawyer with excellent legal knowledge, negotiation skills and a solution-oriented attitude. Knowledge of IT law is not necessarily required but we are looking for a candidate who has the desire and skill to work on complex issues.
The job requires integrity and independence, and that you are a service minded, enterprising and positive colleague who both wants to work individually as well as in teams. Good English skills, orally and in writing, are required.
