Your future responsibilities
As a Graduate in Nordea, you will be taking ownership of your contribution, growth and enjoyment while Nordea will empower you to continuously explore, learn and adapt.
You will join Group Talent, where we attract, identify, develop and deploy key talents for Nordea with the purpose of unlocking the full potential of our People, Nordea and beyond. This is done through principles and processes within Talent Development, Executive Talent Management and succession planning, Executive Search and our Graduate programme.
What you will be doing:
- Talent data analysis
- Provide support and insights into strategic group projects
- Drive own projects within Talent Management
The role is based in Copenhagen with colleagues based around the Nordics. You will be joining an ambitious and performance driven team that enjoys having fun at the same time.

Your profile and background:
We are looking for a proactive, passionate and talented Graduate with strong interpersonal skills. You are structured, detailed oriented and has natural curiosity to understand the business and the value chain. You have a passion for people and talent development.
- A Master’s degree
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
- Proven strong analytical skills
- Excel skills are an advantage, but not a requirement
