Your future responsibilities
As a Graduate in Nordea, you will be taking ownership of your contribution, growth and enjoyment while Nordea will empower you to continuously explore, learn and adapt.
You’ll join Group Internal Audit, where we focus on supporting the Board of Directors and Executive Management in protecting the assets, reputation and sustainability of the Nordea Group. As our new colleague you will play a key role in GIA’s transformation into a technology savvy audit function, and also strengthen our talent base in data analytics and statistical models. In this Graduate position you’ll work with:
- Participating in various audit projects together with Internal Audit Managers
- Taking part in meetings and collaborating with stakeholders from different business units
- Having versatile tasks depending on your own interest and background
- Being part of our transformation journey at Nordea and in Group Internal Audit and give your input to our ambitious development plan

Your profile and background:
- Great communication skills
- Ability to take the lead on a task but also be a good team player
- Structured way of working and ability to pay attention to detail but also see the big picture
- A Master’s degree completed by September 2019
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
