About the department
Novo Nordisk Consulting is the in-house management consultancy for Novo Nordisk that reports directly to Executive Management. We combine best practices from top-tier management consultancies with the strengths of being an internal consultancy to drive a broad range of high-profile projects across Novo Nordisk’s value chain and geographies.
Our projects provide exposure to senior management for all team members and the unit is recognised as one of the main talent incubators in Novo Nordisk with a strong track record for exporting talents to management positions across the organisation. We develop our talents by continuously investing in people development and strive to offer the same steep learning curve as in top-tier consultancies.
You will join a young, dynamic team of ~20 employees mainly with backgrounds from top-tier consultancies. The unit has strong buy-in from management and a clear aspiration to grow further.
From day one you will work as an integrated part of project teams of 2-5 consultants that works directly on-site with clients to solve some of their most difficult problems. Your experienced colleagues will help you learn the consultant’s toolbox and ensure that you constantly develop via feedback. On projects, you will be responsible for a workstream or specific project components, including driving quantitative analysis, leading stakeholder interactions and developing recommendations.
Projects are strategically important to Novo Nordisk and may include strategy development, organisational development, business transformations and process optimisations. They will expose you to senior stakeholders across many different organisational units and allow you to build a strong network within Novo Nordisk. You will join a fast-paced unit, so we expect you to be an active part in the continuous development of both Novo Nordisk consulting and Novo Nordisk.

- Solid interpersonal skills and motivation to drive change at all levels of the organisation
- Proven to be ambitious, challenge-seeking and result-oriented
