Netcompany Service Desk is part of Netcompany’s operating organization with more than 70 employees in Copenhagen, Aalborg and Warsaw. As our new colleague, you become part of a team consisting of 13 colleagues, who together have 24/7 in charge of 1st level support and monitoring of Netcompany’s many customer solutions.

With more than 150 customers, you will have a challenging and exciting everyday life characterized by many different tasks depending on the individual customer’s issue.
As our new colleague, you become part of the daily team, which is responsible for the support and service of Netcompany customers during daytime. Among your primary tasks may include: mentioned:
- Link between our customers and the rest of Netcompany
- Solve and register cases of different technical nature
- Maintenance of procedure descriptions
- Setup and maintenance of surveillance
In the long run, you will be given the opportunity to expand your responsibilities in the position and develop you within the technical track that interests you the most in our operating organization, such as Linux, Windows, Cloud, or the like. Our business is geared to make you more comfortable and you will always be in dialogue with your leader about your professional and personal development in Netcompany.
About our new colleague
You will become part of a professional team who always strives to deliver the best service so our customers experience their seriousness and care of their problems every time they are in touch with us. We therefore expect you to be highly service minded and can naturally commit yourself to an outgoing role with a large interface.
In addition, we imagine that you:
- Is a graduate of IT support or similar IT education
- Speaks and writes both Danish and English fluently
- Have knowledge of SharePoint
- Have a solid knowledge of MS Office, especially Outlook and Excel
- Has a go-ahead and is good at communicating both locally and internationally
- Burning to help develop a team in constant motion.
Additionally, it will be an advantage if you have knowledge of or experience with 1st level phone support.
