Join our Commercial & Partners Relations team in a pivotal role where you’ll drive commercial opportunities in Hungary and beyond. From supporting exploration concession processes to managing partners and preparing for negotiations , your work will help shape the future of energy.
Your tasks will be:
- Prepare and negotiate key commercial agreements (e.g. licence, purchase, service, and JV contracts).
- Oversee daily commercial and concession activities and ensure alignment across functions.
- Drive value creation by collaborating with internal teams and supporting business development efforts.
- Manage internal decision-making processes and secure alignment for MOL’s position in joint ventures.
- Engage with authorities and stakeholders, support international JV efforts, and maintain contract oversight.

Educational Background: You have a University or College degree in economics, law, engineering or related field,
Professional Experience: 3+ years of proven working experience within partnership management, commercial relations, purchasing project management or similar field.
Skills:
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English,
- Strong financial and commercial acumen required,
- Deep understanding of contractual structures and legal concepts,
- Team player, coordination skills, capability of handling multinational projects and teams,
- Comprehensive knowledge of industrial, technical and economic matters,
- Outstanding verbal and written communication and negotiation skills,
- Proactivity with a problem solving mindset.
