As an Associate in this program, you will rotate through different assignments within the Sales Function, developing the commercial skills and expertise needed to excel. With hands-on responsibilities in our Customer Service, Sales and Technical Sales Teams, you’ll gain real-world experience delivering world-class products, solutions and services to markets, customers and other stakeholders. This is your opportunity to develop your potential and make your mark while building a strong foundation for your sales career.
Your tasks may include activities such as:
- Support our Customer Service and Sales Teams in all aspects of Customer Management (pricing, relationship management, time management, strategic business planning)
- Development of new sales opportunities within own customer base by providing expertise and guidance to the customer around optimal products and applications
- Support our Sales Excellence Team and lead key Sales initiatives in order to achieve strategic business targets linking to e.g. Customer Centricity, Sustainability etc.

Qualifications
We are looking for creative and collaborative problem-solvers who thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Individuals who are eager to make a meaningful impact and contribute their unique strengths and ideas to our team. What we also expect you to have:
- University Degree (Bachelor / Master) in a relevant Business / Science / Engineering field
- Some relevant practical experience (e.g. internships, project work), ideally in an international manufacturing setting
- Proficiency in English
- A strong interest to learn about the science behind our innovative products, applications, and technologies
- Flexibility to relocate for different projects and assignments across Europe during the program
