Each year we are looking for around 10 Graduates interested joining our Graduate Program in various functions: R&D, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales & Marketing, HR, Finance, PMO and more. The next program will start in October 2024.
The working contract will be based in Italy (Lugo) or Poland (Lodz). During the 18 months program, you will be rotated across 3 different Amcor locations in Europe.

As an AFEMEA Graduate you will gain insight into the assigned function from different perspectives – by supporting plant-based daily activities as well as being involved in the central European projects, together with your Sponsor. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented graduate to join our SAP Center of Excellence Finance Team which is a part of the Business Transformation Team ERP. As a member of this team, you will have the opportunity to work with one of the leading enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, SAP, and gain valuable experience in finance operations and systems management. This entry-level position offers comprehensive training in SAP modules related to finance, as well as exposure to various other critical functions such as Master Data, logistics and financial processes and functions within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong academic background in finance or accounting, coupled with a keen interest in technology and systems integration.
What do you need?
It’s a good start to have the following:
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems or related field
- Up to 2 years of working experience (might be gained via internships) within one of the above sectors, preferably focused on data and systems management.
- Fluency in English is required.
- French, German or another European language is a plus.
- Strong analytical mindset.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, understanding of Power BI, SAP and any ERP systems desirable.
- First international experience gained via studies, exchanges programs, internships etc.
- Project management capabilities.
- Willingness & flexibility to travel and work abroad across Europe.
- Proactiveness.
- Strong interpersonal skills and stakeholder management.
- Full permanent work permit in the EU.
