About the Program

As a Global Postgraduate at Danfoss, you’ll play a vital role in our mission to drive sustainable innovation. You’ll work in dynamic environments that include both office spaces and production sites with diverse colleagues, gaining insights from different corners of our global business.This two-year program offers three rotations, of which at least one will be abroad. You’ll have the chance to work on impactful projects related to Danfoss’ energy-efficient solutions, contributing to our mission of global decarbonization.Your journey will begin in Nordborg or Graasten, Denmark, where you’ll join a supportive community of fellow Postgraduates. From there, you may embark on rotations to destinations such as the USA, Turkey, or Germany, collaborating with international colleagues and broadening your horizons.Throughout the program, you’ll be mentored by experienced leaders, connect with a Buddy (a current Postgraduate), and participate in global development learning opportunities intended to accelerate your skills and career.

As our future Postgraduate, we imagine that you:

  • Completed a master’s degree within engineering (mechanical, electrical, industrial, mechatronics), supply chain, IT, business, finance, or similar in 2023 or 2024.
  • Are proficient in written and spoken English, as effective communication is key to your success in the program.
  • Actively seek out fresh perspectives and embrace diverse experiences. Being a team player, you value inclusion and approach your colleagues with humility and respect.
  • Are ready and willing to be globally mobile throughout the program. This includes being open to relocation or commuting to Sonderborg, Denmark, and being prepared for an 8-month rotation to different locations.
  • Do you have prior relevant work experience, international exposure and/or extracurricular activities obtained in addition to your studies? We’re interested in learning about it.
