Your role

The Client Needs Team is looking for motivated individuals eager to contribute to our initiatives and learn about the asset management industry by:
• collaborate with team leads, technical experts, product owners, and strategy groups to create and implement solutions for complex challenges
• maintain clear and transparent communication with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment on strategic or regulatory initiatives
• analyze data and translate insights into practical and sustainable solutions that drive meaningful impact
• assist senior leadership in the preparation of presentations and meeting materials, including PowerPoint slides and supporting documents
Your team
You will be part of the Client Needs Team, collaborating with various departments across our organization. This team is dedicated to enhancing client engagement and ensuring seamless communication between stakeholders. Based in Wroclaw you will work closely with senior management and other teams to support strategic projects and initiatives.
Your expertise
• being in a graduate year of your degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field
• strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• excellent verbal and written communication abilities, particularly in creating impactful presentations.
• proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint and SharePoint.
• a collaborative spirit and the ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment.
• proven written and verbal communication skills in English (German would be a plus)
