Job Description & Summary

For those who make it happen. Not for everyone.

We’re for those who thrive on reliability-who see the details, adapt quickly, and take pride in getting things right. This is a place for the ones who work well with others, bring order to everyday operations, and know that consistency builds trust.

We’re for those who learn by doing. You’ll work alongside clients, gain hands-on experience in real business environments, and become a key part of how teams operate, grow, and succeed. If you’re ready to take initiative, solve problems, and grow through action, this is your next move.

Solve what others can’t. Grow as much as you dare. Belong in your own way.

We’re looking for graduates or early-stage professionals to join our high-performing HR Outsourcing team in Athens. You’ll collaborate with leading clients across industries, supporting a wide range of HR functions, and developing the professional foundation to thrive in any environment.

Please note that the working model for this position is on-site (either PwC’s or Client’s premises)

SOLVE WHAT OTHERS CAN’T.

We’re working for something bigger than ourselves. You’ll be proud to be part of it. Your job description:

  • Handle the employee hiring and on-boarding process collecting the relevant documentation ( e.g. hiring documents, etc).
  • Maintain data in ERGANI system and in client’s database.
  • Complete general administrative tasks.
  • Keep employee records up-to-date according to policy and legal requirements.
  • Acting as point of contact for all HR/Payroll related issues.

GROW AS MUCH AS YOU DARE.

We’re a team made for those who thrive on feedback, who are committed to learning by doing, and who see challenges as opportunities. What you bring to the team:

  • Degree in Economics, Accounting & Finance, Technology, Business Administration, Mathematics, Engineering and/or other related disciplines.
  • Experience in HR Administrator role is preferred.
  • Independent user of English language.
  • Excellent use of MS Office tools.
  • Strong interpersonal and multitasking skills.
  • Ability and willingness to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • A high level of discretion and confidentiality with a strong sense of responsibility.
  • Military obligations fulfilled for male candidates.

BELONG, IN YOUR OWN WAY.

We have created a circle of connection, standing by each other, through every challenge and every win. What’s in for you:

  • Competitive compensation package.
  • Access to challenging projects that broaden your expertise and leadership profile.
  • A collaborative environment that values mentorship, diverse teams, and inclusive success.
  • Career acceleration through tailored learning programmes, local and international mobility options, and senior leadership exposure.
  • Well-being initiatives, additional leave days, and a supportive ecosystem designed to help you grow-professionally and personally.

We’re not for those who:

  • Prefer the comfort zone.
  • Resist collaboration with different stakeholders.
  • Don’t take pride in consistent, high-quality work.
