Over the first 24 months, our Graduate Program will help you carry out 3 complementary assignments in 3 countries and will prepare you for positions that have a stronger impact on our organization.

This Graduate Program provides you with the opportunity to explore and deepen your knowledge in various areas within Innovation & Development through 3 distinct assignments.
These assignments will expose you to both the innovation and product development processes, preparing you to become one of the future project development leaders in the Group.

YOUR MISSIONS:
§ Mission 1:Innovation and Development Project Leader – Oct 2025 to Sept 2026 (Rumilly, France)
For the first part of the Program, you will be based at the heart of our Rumilly industrial site, Groupe SEB’s international center of excellence for TEFAL brand products, located near Annecy and employing 1,600 passionate staff.
You will assist a project manager for Cookware projects, both for the technical or development-related contents, as well as for the interaction with worldwide multi-disciplinary teams.
In this context, your main mission will be:
• Innovation (6 months)
o Develop innovative concepts that align with consumer insights and cutting-edge coating technologies.
o Manage projects from exploration to development: coordinate the various project stakeholders, define schedules and project risks, and ensure scorecard ratings.
• Development (6 months)
o Handle engineering development mission: from concept to industrialization investigations, to product-to-cost definition ready for either sourcing or manufacturing.
o Be part of a project team including development engineers & technicians, lab technicians, technologies experts, marketing, and design.
o Contribute to foster a common intellectual property strategy, by recommending relevant patents if appropriate in close relation with your dedicated projects.
The missions described above will be refined and adjusted by the beginning of your assignment, depending on your profile and previous experiences.
§ Mission 2:Development Project Leader – Oct 2026 to March 2027 (Yuhuan, China)
As part of the Asian Development team, and in order to acquire a global view of the projects portfolio in the worldwide industrial footprint of the Business Unit :
• You will oversee product development projects, considering commitments in terms of timing, cost, and quality, in accordance with the objectives set and detailed in the product specifications.
• You will also identify the risks involved in the project and propose a plan of action allowing these risks to be removed.
• Play a key role as interface between the local team and Development team located in France to guarantee the correct execution of our quality processes.
§ Mission 3:Development Project Leader – 6 months from April 2027 (Americas)
The final 6-month assignment is a real opportunity for you to consolidate your skills, by giving a product oriented to your program, in order to acquire a cross-company vision.
Mission 2 and 3 perimeters can be swapped according to context and Group’s needs.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS
• Graduated with a master’s degree in Engineering or equivalent (Generalist or Industrial/Mechanical/Chemical Engineer) in 2023, 2024 or 2025
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (internships and apprenticeships excluded)
• Previous study period or work experience outside your home country
• International mobility
• Fluent in French and English
• Innovation, team spirit and agility

RECRUITMENT PROCESS:
Stage 1: Apply on our career website before April 25th, 2025
Stage 2: If you meet the program criteria, you will be contacted for HR interview
Stage 3: If you are among the candidates selected in the first round, you will be invited to attend a special Recruitment Day on May 22th with your future managers and HR teams on our campus in Lyon.
Stage 4: Applicants that are successful in the interviews and the Assessment Center will then be offered a position to join the Groupe SEB Graduate Program.
Stage 5: Beginning of the Graduate Program: October 2025!
