You will start your career at Mars in the frontline of our business as a Sales Representative in Pamplona or Zaragoza for a period of 12-18 months approx., where you will be representing our iconic brands like M&M’s, Snickers, Orbit, Whiskas in stores and supermarkets. It requires you to be in the field building relationships with our customers, negotiating deals with business owners, and looking for ways to activate our brands and gain market share.
This hands-on experience will provide you with the necessary skills and knowledge to take on your next challenge in other functional area of the business. During this period, you will always be mentored by experienced senior managers that will guide you during your journey to ensure that you have a successful career development.
Who are we looking for?
- You are a natural salesperson, with great negotiation skills and a flair for communication and relationship building. You will also have the confidence and resilience to back your own decisions, take ownership of your projects from day one, and meet ambitious targets.
- You are mobile to hold the first experience in Pamplona or Zaragoza and move to Barcelona for the second stage.
- You speak fluent English and Spanish.
- You hold a full driving license.
