The Early Career Program gives you the opportunity to apply for the Trainee Program which will start in March 2025.
The Trainee job opportunity covers a 2 years Program, with 3 assignments of 8 months each, rotating across three different departments listed below.
Commercial: Working closely with the brand teams to support product launch and bring AbbVie products to market.
Market Access and External Affairs: Contribute to connecting patients to AbbVie’s life-changing medicines. Drive engagement with all relevant stakeholders through internal and external communication.
Medical Affairs: Drive medical communication to Healthcare Professionals, related to the new product indications: working with internal and external stakeholders to identify the scientific unmet need and optimize the content and channels of communication.
Customer Excellence: Develop understanding of the competitive landscape, navigate dynamics of the market and establish a deep understanding of the drivers of AbbVie’s performance.
Finance: Supporting with audit responsibilities and ongoing transparency reporting, ensuring compliance and due diligence is fulfilled.
Allergan Aesthetics: Working with brand and digital managers to impactfully differentiate premium Allergan Aesthetics brands in the aesthetics market. Collaborating with Allergan Medical Institute (AMI) team to better understand customer educational needs and to innovate on how we upskill our customers.
Qualifications
What you bring
- Degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Business, Finance or other relevant area
- Top Academic track record
- Extracurricular activities
- International experience is nice to have
- Desirable to have 1- 2 years of work experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- English language proficiency
- Proven track record of teamwork, adaptability, innovation, initiative, and integrity
- Global mindset to thrive in a diverse culture and environment
- Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
