Program Overview

The International Graduate Program (IGP) is a one-year fast-track management program designed for highly motivated graduates, which offers:

  • 3 assignments in different teams across core business functions
  • International exposure, including a 4-month assignment abroad
  • A tailored development plan and personalized career guidance
  • A permanent contract from Day 1
  • Strong visibility to senior management and participation in the IGP seminar with other international graduates
  • Access to URW Academy and continuous learning opportunities

Scope of Assignments

From the beginning, graduates are entrusted with real responsibilities and projects, contributing directly to business outcomes.

Participants will rotate through three core business areas, such as:

  • Investment Management
  • Development
  • Performance Management
  • Leasing
  • Marketing
  • Shopping Center Management

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:

  • Master’s degree from a top-ranked business school or program
  • Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
  • Passion for commercial real estate and the retail industry
  • Curiosity, ownership, and a drive to challenge the status quo
  • First experience abroad and interest in international mobility
  • Fluent in English and Polish; intermediate in another Group language (French, Spanish, Dutch, Swedish, German, Czech)
