Job Description

Working as a graduate you will become part of various teams throughout our division ensuring a well-rounded experience of sales, marketing, and operational functions in the UK or Denmark. All experiences will be in genuine roles that are necessary for our business to be successful against our short- and long-term goals so our focus is actual business project work.  Each experience is intended to provide you with new skills within the function, as well as exposure to the ITW Business Model and Toolbox to support your on-going development into a future leader.

Ideally you will experience more than one of our business units, to ensure you gain fresh perspectives and ideas although this may not always be possible. Your experiences will last around 12 months to ensure you have sufficient time to understand as well as have an impact in the role, to demonstrate what you have learned and apply that learning.

In total, you will have two placements that are 12 months’ each as part of the graduate rotation, and the third experience will only be offered if you have demonstrated clear performance and potential to do more in a final permanent position.
