What will you take care of?

As a Junior Quality Engineer you will be part of the Quality Management & Methods office, in our Head Quarter in Cernusco sul Naviglio (MI). You will give a cross support impacting all company functions and processes in order to implement a continuous improvement.

You Will:

Help shaping the future:

  • Supporting the Quality Management team in daily operational activities, ensuring the correct implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (ISO 9001 and related standards).
  • Contributing to the preparation, updating, and monitoring of quality documentation, procedures and work instructions.
  • Actively participating in internal and external audits, supporting the definition and follow-up of corrective actions.

Take on responsibility:

  • Supporting supplier qualification and development processes, collaborating with Purchasing and Supply Chain functions.
  • Taking charge of quality assurance activities, from detecting and analyzing quality deviations to recording and following-up corrective and preventive actions.
  • Contributing to the development of reporting and data analysis on production and supplier-related quality issues, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement, ensuring compliance with requirements and targets

Experience cooperation:

  • Collaborating with technical departments (Engineering, Production, Supply Chain) to promote process improvements, standardization and lessons learned.
  • Actively participating in problem-solving sessions (e.g. 8D, root cause analysis, FMEA) to define effective corrective actions.
  • Supporting and coordinating auditing activities, both internally and at sales locations, ensuring compliance with group and customer requirements.

Experience internationality:

  • Interacting with colleagues from Bosch Rexroth South Europe Region (France, Spain, Greece)
  • cooperating with our Headquarters in Germany on shared projects, best practices, and reporting.
  • Gaining exposure to an international environment, learning how to manage quality activities across different cultures and organizational contexts

Qualifications

What distinguishes you?

Education: You are a recent graduate in Industrial Engineering/ Management Engineering.

Know-how/Organizational Skills: You are a result-oriented person and you have the ability to adapt to different contexts, as well as an aptitude for problem solving. You are also very organized and able to deal with strict deadlines. You are familiar with management tools.

Personal Skills: You have an analytical mindset and relational attitude as well, being precise, reliable and team-worker.

Languages: Fluent Italian and English
