Global immersion – local impact
As a graduate in Finance, you will be working out of our Aarhus C-based headquarters. If you are interested, you will also have the opportunity to broaden your horizons internationally, while working out of one of our global offices in Singapore, Türkiye, Australia, or The United States. You will have your first 8-month rotation in our Finance team, hereafter we will tailor the program to your competencies and areas of interest. That could be moving from our Business Controlling area to our Financial Controlling area, or developing financial understanding in one of our trading teams, or Treasury team. The possibilities are endless. Our People Operations Specialists and professional leaders will help you tailor your way and career.

About you
You graduated in 2023 or will be graduating in 2024. You hold a degree in Economy, Finance, Accounting, or a related field. Your strong eye for detail and analytical mindset set you apart, and enable you to perform in a high-paced environment. You have an independent, structured, and logical work approach, paired with strong communication skills. You have an international mindset and thrive in collaborating with various business teams and colleagues across the world. You might have experience in SQl, PowerBI, PowerQuery or VBA, and find coding and building models and processes interesting. The most important asset is your readiness to excel in your career and your passion for working with finance in the energy industry.

The recruitment process
The journey starts with an application screening. If we see a win-win you will be invited to a fantastic meetup event at our headquarters, where you will learn more about MFT Energy and the Graduate program. You also get to meet our specialists and the other Graduate candidates. Hereafter we will run an interview round. If there is a win-win after this, your Graduate journey will begin on September 2, 2024, and end with a full-time job and an extraordinary energy career.
