Take your career to the next level with Maersk in Italy

Our Pathways of the Future Program produces professionals capable of meeting international challenges in a wide range of Supply Chain matters. This 18-months program consists of rotational assignments in all our main departments combined with online and on-the-job training, in operations, customer service, sales and products depts.

To be successful in this role, we will offer you a wide range of learning and training opportunities and tools. As an example, you will attend the global onboarding plan and will be assigned a buddy that will accompany you throughout the journey.

You will also undertake a cross-departmental, mission-based project, allowing you to build people-related and functional skills.

As part of our Pathways of the Future Program, you will:

  • be responsible for working on diverse assignments in operations, commercial ops and sales, facing customers and collaborating with global peers.
  • join a structured career development plan, receiving coaching, and mentoring and on-the job learning to create opportunities for your career acceleration.
  • be attending a significant and customized supply-chain training curriculum.
  • network regionally and cross-functionally interacting with peers in a fast-paced environment.

To be successful in this role you will:

  • Have a strong interest in logistics, supply chain, forwarding,
  • higher education diploma in Supply Chain, Logistics, Economics, Business Administration, International Relations, or equivalent
  • Have a maximum two years’ work experience
  • Be fluent in Italian and English (oral and written) and have effective communication skills
  • Be geographically mobile in Italy (locations vary)
  • Be legally entitled to work within the country in which you are applying without sponsorship

 

Location: The position is placed in Italy.

 

Other information: The program is associated with an apprenticeship contract. According to Italian law eligible candidates are those under 30 years of age or NASPI.
