Why This Role Is Right for You
As a Recruitment Junior Specialist, you’ll join a collaborative and forward-thinking team based in Rzeszów. Together, we lead end-to-end recruitment processes that support key business areas such as Customer Care, Finance, Sales, and Back Office-ensuring Nexi attracts and hires top talent across the region.
What can you expect?
- Permanent position in one of the business departments from the start of your employment.
- Two rotations between different business departments during the 12-month program.
- Project Management and Communication training path after the first six months.
- Continuous learning and skill improvement through structured training sessions at our Digital PayTech University.
- Opportunity to develop business ideas, implement them, and build your network of stakeholders within a group of highly skilled business leaders from all over Europe.
About Your Future Role
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes (internal and external) across multiple departments
- Create and execute sourcing strategies using job boards, social media, and professional networks
- Draft and publish job advertisements tailored to target audiences
- Screen CVs, conduct interviews, and provide candidate recommendations
- Communicate outcomes to candidates and hiring managers
- Support employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
- Promote a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
What Makes You a Great Fit

Essential Qualifications:
- Higher education (preferably in HR, Psychology, or Sociology)
- Strong command of English (min. B2 level)
- Proficiency in MS Office and ATS tools
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Bonus Skills:
- Experience in recruitment marketing or employer branding
- Familiarity with recruitment trends and sourcing techniques
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with precision and initiative
- Positive attitude and energy for working in a dynamic environment
- Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field
