The Kinsale manufacturing operation is located in Dunderrow, close to the historic and scenic town of Kinsale, Co Cork. Production commenced in 1981 and today the manufacturing campus in Kinsale employs almost 1,200 people. The mission of the facility is to support the commercialization, manufacture and supply of many of the newest medicines in Lilly’s portfolio. SUPPLY CHAIN GRADUATE PROGRAMME
Eli Lilly Kinsale is excited to launch our Supply Chain Graduate Programme. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to play a key role as part of the Kinsale manufacturing site and IHL Supply Chain teams whilst pursuing a master’s qualification.
During your graduate programme you will have the opportunity to understand how our supply chain works from an E2E perspective and interact with all touchpoints throughout our Supply Chain. You will gain knowledge and experience of how we work cross functionally with our business partners to ensure we deliver our commercial expectations.
Each graduate will be assigned a mentor and take part in our internal personal development and mentor programmes. There are also plenty of opportunities to get involved in activities at the site including community initiatives, charity events, environmental sustainability initiatives, sports and social events and more.
This programme is 2.5-3 years in total and will commence in September 2026.

Requirements: Education, Qualifications & Key Attributes:
- Primary Honours Degree in Engineering, Commerce, Business, Data Analytics, Business Information Systems or related fields
- Willing to pursue a master’s qualification
- Strong organisational and documentation skills
- Energy & Enthusiasm to learn
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A positive solutions-focused mind-set
- Experience with Microsoft Office Programs – Excel, PowerPoint, Word
The position is a 39-hour week, based at the Kinsale manufacturing site. Eli Lilly Kinsale operates a flexible working week with working from home available for a portion of each week.
