Why This Role is Right for You

Together, we work on effective end-to-end management of the hiring process in the different countries. Your role is to actively support SrRBP in a high volume of positions, maintain a robust candidate pipeline, cultivate long-term candidate relationships, and act as an ambassador to promote the Nexi Group brand. We act as a trusted advisor to our business stakeholders guiding them with TA knowledge, insights and expertise on the external markets as well as providing them with regular updates.

About Your Future Role

You’ll be part of an international talent acquisition team and will have the opportunity to assist and support the daily activities for processes and projects in many other European countries.

Your Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Be

  • Support the talent acquisition team and learn how to manage successful end-to-end hiring processes.
  • Operational support of our Graduate Program and Mapping projects.
  • Learn how to set up the right recruitment strategies for supported roles and actively promote them.
  • Provide operational support for the business, but also work successfully with colleagues in HR, rewards, and other internal stakeholders
  • Learn to become a talent consultant and maintain positive candidate experience.
  • Provide valuable insights at any time and ensure data quality in reporting with the help of our tools (ATS, AI, market analysis, etc.)

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Valid student rights for at least 6 months
  • Working towards Master’s degree with any discipline of HR, Management & International Business, or similar relevant background of study
  • Comprehensive knowledge and curiosity in the areas of recruiting and active sourcing
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective team collaboration
  • Exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and multitasking ability
  • International training experience or work experience in complex matrix organizations is an advantage
  • Fluent knowledge of English
