Your team
You’ll be working in the Derivatives Pricing team in Kraków. We are a part of an international team that is responsible for building and maintaining a global system used in live pricing of derivative based strategies. As a software engineer, you will play an important role in delivering business value to the UBS traders all over the world.

Our basic requirements
We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in July 2025.
For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

• strong foundation in Java programming with Spring framework
• interest in highly scalable distributed software architecture topics, polyglot programming and CI/CD processes
• motivation to learn new technologies and business domain
• excellent English (written and oral)
