The Tech Talent Program is a two-year program, starting in March 2025, where you will receive tailored training together with other graduates, while working on one to three different projects being part of an Accenture team implementing business critical IT systems to our clients.  

 

We are looking for passioned developers for the graduate program, who want to work in these areas and technologies: 

  • Java, Java EE, Spring Framework, Python, C#, .NET, SQL / PLSQL, MySQL, 
  • Development using TDD, Clean Code, Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery principles 
  • DevOps with Vagrant, Docker, Chef, Stomach, Git, Puppet and Jenkins 
  • Frontend development with HTML5, CSS3, REST, React.js, Angular.js, responsive design, and more

What will my workday as a graduate consultant be like?  

Dependent on the client, the expectation is that you work from the client site four days a week, while at other projects you will have the possibility to work remotely from your home office or the Accenture office located in Carlsberg Byen in Copenhagen. 

You will be an integral part of our projects and play a role – as you learn – in helping companies accelerate their enterprise transformation with innovative technology services to deliver lasting value. Depending on your skills and growth focus areas, you may:  

  • Understand, design, and develop large IT solutions from a technical coding side or from the architectural side 
  • Work side by side with clients to understand and meet their needs  
  • Test advanced technology systems  
  • Configure standard solutions and build custom interfaces between systems  
  • Analyze and present complex data  
  • Work closely together with colleagues in our delivery centers in e.g., India, the Philippines and the Baltics throughout an implementation project  

 

Our client portfolio includes some of the biggest companies in Denmark across the financial sector, public sector, product industries, health industry, and resource industry. In your project you will be working with like-minded people on complex technological problems, applying the latest technology in Cloud, Security, Data, AI, Digital, Industry X, Enterprise platforms and Intelligent automation.

  • Are eager to develop your technical skills within IT development and the technologies mentioned above 
  • Have a good understanding of data structures and want to learn more about software architecture and data modelling  
  • Are finishing up your master’s degree in engineering, computer science or another discipline related to information technology – and can show us solid results from your studies  
  • Are fluent in English and preferably in Danish

Recruitment process:  

The recruitment process consists of three interview rounds. Based on screening, selected candidates will be invited to our TTP Information & Speed Interview event on the 5th of November from 16.30 to 19.30 at our office in Carlsberg Byen.  

Selected candidates from the speed interviews will be invited for specialization interviews in weeks 46 and 47 and final interviews will be finalized in week 49.  

Kindly note that while we aim to adhere to the specified dates, they may be subject to adjustment if necessary.
