In your 12-month trainee program, you will be trained as a compliance expert and will receive a “deep dive” into the exciting fundamental and advisory work of compliance. If you have only heard about securities and capital market law, risk analysis, money laundering, financial sanctions or, for example, fraud schemes from the news or newspapers, then you can expect that in the future you will be “in the thick of things” with us rather than just there.

Digitalization is very important to us. You will find out what AI, Chat GPT and BitCoin have to do with us as part of our Digital Journey and you will be able to get actively involved.
You also have the opportunity to look beyond the boundaries of compliance. Get to know other areas and divisions of the bank in order to understand the products and processes “end2end”. The headquarters are waiting for you above the Alps. In Milan, you can not only upgrade your Italian, but also gain valuable insights into the Group’s control center.

What you bring with you

  • You have successfully completed a degree in business law, business administration or law. But “lateral entry” with a different study background is also possible
