You will be exposed to the entire Novo Nordisk value chain while being challenged to explore your boundaries and reach your full potential.

About the Trial Management track
At Novo Nordisk, clinical trials are essential to the development of new and innovative medicines for people living with serious chronic diseases. Trial management, nested within Novo Nordisk’s Clinical Operations department, plays a vital role in our ambitious drug development program. We plan and execute clinical trials to produce the high-quality data and scientific documentation required by health authorities, in order to turn our promising pipeline of exciting new medicines into marketable products. As a Trial Management Graduate, you will be a part of a team driving operational deliverables crucial to the successful execution of clinical trials. You will be involved in planning, executing and overseeing clinical trials, experience a variety of cross-functional collaboration, work with stakeholder management and have assignments in different phases of a clinical trial. You will also enjoy the privilege of being part of a graduate network, which will allow you to broaden your learnings even further, while building your opportunities and relationships across the company. Throughout your learning journey in the graduate programme, you will receive formal training and gain knowledge and invaluable international experience. Managers and mentors, as well as a huge, global network of current and former graduates, are ready to guide and support you along the way.

The position

During the two-year programme you will undertake three challenging and exciting eight-months rotations. The first rotation is planned to take place within Clinical Operations at our corporate headquarter in Denmark, where you will be thoroughly onboarded and develop in the role as a Trial Manager. The second rotation will be in one of our global affiliates around the world, where you will get hands on operational experience and get to see trial management from an affiliate perspective and understand the interlink between headquarters and affiliate. The third and final rotation will, like the first rotation, take place in our headquarters in Denmark, in a department within or with strong ties to Clinical Operations. You will work as a fully-fledged member of each team, with responsibilities for one or more projects, in an environment characterised by a vast global network, knowledge sharing and challenging assignments in a dynamic, project-centric organisation.

After two years in the Novo Nordisk Graduate Programme, you will be offered a permanent position as a Global Trial Manager, with continued focus on your future career development.
