Your Job
As a Functional Analyst at Accenture, you will play a crucial role as the trusted advisor for our clients, helping them navigate through any difficulties or problems they might encounter. Your exceptional analytical skills and problem-solving abilities will be key in finding effective solutions for these challenges and ensuring their successful implementation.
You will be responsible for creating design documentation that outlines the proposed solutions, ensuring clear communication and alignment between stakeholders and the implementation team. Additionally, you will take an active role in testing your designs after its implementation to ensure its correctness.
You will develop a deep understanding of the industry’s business processes, enabling you to provide valuable insights and recommendations to our clients, contributing to their growth and success.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include active participation in daily meetings with the functional and technical analysts you are collaborating with, as well as weekly meetings with stakeholders and key users. During these meetings, you will discuss the status of ongoing projects, address dilemmas, and collaboratively develop solutions.

Your Background
- You’re studying a bachelor or master’s degree in any educational background and will be graduating in summer 2025;
- You’re perfectly fluent in English, Dutch/French and can express yourself in French/Dutch;
- You are a typical go-getter with an infectious can-do attitude;
- You have a passion for business and a keen interest in technology;
- You have strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex problems;
- You have excellent organizational skills and can manage multiple tasks simultaneously;
- You are flexible to adapt to changing priorities and deliver high-quality results under tight deadlines;
- You are curious and pro-active
- You are a true team player who works to the best of your abilities and inspires colleagues along the way;
