As a Trainee in Data & Process Intelligence, you will work at the interface of process analysis, product development and IT. Your mission: make product and process data available consistently, transparently, and at the right time across the entire value chain. By enabling seamless data flows, you empower teams to make smarter decisions, reduce inefficiencies, in this role, you’ll dive deep into planning and development processes to understand how information is created, transformed, and used. You’ll identify pain points, propose solutions, and design implementation concepts with clear cost-benefit insights. Then, you’ll turn concepts into action-driving improvements that deliver measurable value.

Collaboration is key: you’ll work closely with R&D, IT, and international teams to align data requirements and ensure global integration. From clarifying responsibilities to coordinating tasks across locations, you’ll help create a uniform, future-proof data landscape.

With your ability to connect business needs and technical understanding, you play a key role in empowering teams, improving quality and strengthening the digital backbone of the company

Qualifikationen

• An above-average degree (master, MBA or doctorate)in Data Science, Engineering, Information Technology, Business Informatics or comparable course of study
• Maximum of 3 years of professional experience (apart from studies

  )

  Very good German language skills (at least B2, ideally C1) are mandatory and of central importance for collaboration in the corporate and project environment

• At least 3 months of experience abroad (study, international internship, work and travel)
• Strong affinity for digital technologies and enthusiasm for future trends
