KMD WorkZone is the digital platform that supports our customers in carrying out their daily work easily and safely. The customers can configure KMD WorkZone so that the frames fit their area of expertise, processes, measurement points and KPIs.
KMD WorkZone supports the knowledge worker’s daily work both in case processing, analyzes, policy development, projects, management services, etc.
In the role as a Business Consultant Graduate, you become part of a growing team of thirteen competent colleagues who work with the latest trends in innovation and technology development on customer projects of varying sizes based on KMD Workzone.
About the program
As a graduate, you hold a business-critical position throughout the program while attending courses and certified exams. You are exposed to real life IT- and business problems, and you work hands-on to create solutions, solve issues and collaborate with a variety of people, both externally and internally.
The KMD WorkZone graduate program will be a 15-month intensive development process, both professionally and personally. The program will consist of “on the job training” and you will also be expected to attend courses both internal and external to obtain the relevant certifications, that is needed to be successful in the role as Business Consultant Graduate. Some of the certifications are ADKAR – Change Management, Prince 2 Foundation etc.
You will be awarded a “buddy”, who is a colleague who, together with your manager, takes responsibility for ensuring that you get the necessary training in our Workzone products. As you become trained, you will be getting more and more responsibility within the projects to which you are assigned.
When the program is finalized our goal is that we have educated and trained the best and most professional Business Specialists.
As a Business Specialist in KMD WorkZone, you will be able to analyze and understand tasks, workflows and challenges that our customers face in their daily work. Furthermore, how, KMD Workzone with our solutions best supports a customer’s business and its processes.
In the graduate program, you will:
- Join a strong network of dedicated individuals
- Have the chance to translate business processes into IT solutions together with some of the best people in the industry
- Get real responsibilities, challenges and unparalleled opportunities for learning and growth
- Be able to prepare business cases in close collaboration with the colleagues and customers
- Define KPI’s and measurement methods for follow-up on business cases
- Learn how to facilitate workshops for both external and internal stakeholders
We are looking for the best and brightest graduates. You have recently graduated and hold a relevant bachelor’s degree (or higher) from a university – e.g. DTU, CBS, ITU or KU.
Knowledge of the state/public sector will be a plus. Furthermore, experience with Case management and journalization will be an advantage.
