As a Consultant, you will support our global clients with digital transformation from strategy to implementation. Together with your team, you will engage in projects, where you will act as a trusted advisor in shaping best-practices solutions to solve business challenges in sales and service operations. You will typically be involved in project phases identifying best-practice technical solutions in standard systems such as Salesforce. The main tasks are advising clients on how to best utilize standard technology, design of technical solutions, and configuration of systems to meet business and technical requirements. Responsible for specific parts of the project
Design and implement digital platforms for the future
Support business analysts and peers
Participate in proposal work
Stay up to date about the market, business, and technical evolutions
Your skills and experience
To succeed in the role, you have strong technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Preferably, you have knowledge or experience with solution design and sales and service processes. As a person, you like to have a responsibility, where you continuously seek to improve the quality of your work. You are curious, learn to dare, and comfortable in teams with an empathic mindset. You have the following skills and experience:
You have graduated in 2020/2021 with a master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field of study, and have demonstrated a strong academic performance
You have 1-2 years of professional experience in consulting or technology
You understand or have experience with standard systems preferably in the sales and service domain
You have a commercial mindset, seeking to improve sales and service efficiency and customer satisfaction
You can communicate complex problems and solutions in a simple understandable way, both verbally, in writing, and visually
You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to engage with stakeholders at all levels
You have excellent language skills in English
