No day will be the same and you will be given hands-on responsibility and the possibility to impact our businesses right from the beginning of the program.
You will begin the graduate program in September 2021 with an intro based in Gothenburg and Copenhagen and from then on, your rotations will begin with your first project. The projects will vary in topic between e.g. strategy and M&A, technology, supply chain, logistics and operations. Between your rotations and projects, we will hold base camps in Gothenburg and Copenhagen with the purpose of training and development.
