BESTSELLER’s Finance Graduate Programme is a 2-year development journey where you get the opportunity to accelerate your personal and professional competences via rotations and participation in strategic projects and business-critical tasks across BESTSELLER. After your graduation, you are expected to take international positions within our global Finance organisation, temporarily or for a longer period, depending on the business need and your ambitions.
During the programme, you will get a solid understanding of BESTSELLER, our business priorities and challenges, our company values and principles to get a holistic view on our company. The Finance Graduate Programme is a tailored programme and will be adjusted on an ongoing basis to match your strengths, performance and to reflect BESTSELLER’s business priorities. The programme includes at least 3 rotations in the finance functions in Denmark and abroad, but also in functions outside Finance.
Developing our people is a top priority, and throughout the programme you will be teamed up with skilled colleagues to guide and support you. As Finance Graduate, you will be a significant part of a global Finance organisation, and you will have a broad network throughout the entire organisation from brands, countries and group functions.

You are looking for an international career and ready to take a leading role in a fast-paced environment, where you work in different parts of BESTSELLER in Denmark and abroad, during and after the Finance Graduate Programme. You have a collaborative and inclusive mindset and can bring people together around common goals. You are curious and ready to explore new areas, also outside the Finance functions. You see opportunities and challenge status quo to take BESTELLER Finance to the next level. You will be on a constant learning journey, and you take responsibility for your tasks and development.
Your additional qualifications:
- A relevant Master’s degree within International Finance, Finance, International Business, Business Administration or similar
- Fluent in English – both spoken and written
- International experience and mind-set

20 January, we will open our doors from 16 to 19 o’clock and host a Finance Graduate event at our office in Aarhus and you will have the opportunity to meet our 2 Finance Graduates and a number of colleagues from Group Finance.
