About the graduate programme
The Finance Graduate Programme is a two-year journey consisting of 4 rotations across different functions and departments, where you will have the opportunity to assume various roles and responsibilities. Each rotation will enhance your business understanding and provide you with insight into Kamstrup’s entire Finance function in collaboration with some of the brightest minds. We will plan the first rotation before you start, and one rotation will be abroad. As a graduate, you will be involved in forming your own career, and we will tailor the programme individually to ensure that your ambitions and expectations are met.
You will start the programme in our Group Accounting department, where you will have direct reference to Head of Group Accounting. In this rotation, you will be responsible for driving a development project concerning the consolidation of Kamstrup’s subsidiaries. The remaining rotations will serve to give you insight into the entire Finance function, including Controlling and Business Intelligence. During the programme, you will also attend various courses provided by our own Kamstrup Academy, and we will work continuously with developing both your professional and personal skills.
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious and outgoing Finance Graduate who can help shape our future and hereby contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master’s degree within Economics (cand.oecon), Business Economics (cand.merc.) or similar. A commercial interest is a clear advantage. You are at the top of your class, and you have additionally participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or an internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you take initiative and are open-minded. You have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to challenge the status quo. You are curious and outgoing, and your excellent communication skills enable you to build and maintain relations in your daily interactions. Furthermore, you thrive in a growth-oriented organisation where no two days are alike, and are able to navigate and drive organisational change. You strive to deliver results independently, and your structured and systematic method ensure that your tasks are always of high quality and completed within the deadline.
You are fluent in Danish and English, both written and oral.
