As an Engineering Graduate, you will rotate through related departments across GN Audio and GN Hearing to gain a well-rounded skillset within your area of interest. You will join our researchers and engineers to develop state-of-the-art technology and concepts across consumer, professional and medical grade solutions. We share insights and innovation breakthroughs across research clusters and disciplines such as audio, software, hardware, hearing science, neuroscience, AI, and psycholinguistics from both the hearing aid and headset industries – all under one roof. This unique combination of competencies enables the GN Group to develop truly intelligent audio solutions.

You will get to investigate, shape, and make concepts for new audio and digital experiences that will delight our customers. Headsets and hearing aids act as valuable data sensors and IoT devices, which through our world-class audio experiences can transform data into valuable insights. Insights that enhance and augment the daily life of both consumers and businesses. During the program, you will get access to world-class development tools, R&D laboratories, and test facilities.
