Start your career as a GN Marketeer
Throughout the 24-month program, you will experience a steep learning curve, working on several projects, on marketing-related cross-departmental projects, enhancing your competencies within stakeholder and change management, operation management, governance, pre-launch, launch and product lifecycle processes. You will navigate in a constantly evolving environment, working with many colleagues and collaboration partners on different levels gaining a strong network in GN, and in short being involved in all aspects of the marketing mix such as strategy, digital transformation and marketing, product marketing, partnerships, product and brand campaigns, and other strategic and cross-functional initiatives.

As a Global Marketing Graduate, you have multiple rotation opportunities within Global Marketing. The rotation abroad will enable you to understand market complexities and engage directly with clients and end users offering essential perspectives on the marketing function in a global company and teach you to optimize processes, projects, materials, and sales & marketing strategies, making you an essential resource in bridging headquarters with local markets and giving a strong start to your marketing career at GN.
Throughout the program, you will be supported by excellent leaders, program sponsors, and a mentor, starting up in a great network of 14 fellow Engineering, Finance, IT, Marketing, and Supply Chain Graduates with a focus on developing cross-functional relations.

Sound good so far? Here’s what you’ll need to succeed:
- A relevant master’s degree in international business, marketing, communication, e-business or similar
- Excellent results, shown in your grade point average
- We also accept welcome candidates with up to one year of experience after graduating
- Ready to start working September 1, 2022
Familiarity with the marketing toolbox?
It is a plus if you have experience with Teams, Photoshop, digital marketing, social media marketing, event marketing and/or experience from retail. The relevant work experience might be from internships or student positions.
Enthusiastic about establishing relationships in a multicultural environment
You will work with many different stakeholders, and you need to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues from all over the world. With your strong collaboration skills, you need to be able to get the best out of the different competencies and different cultural settings, therefore you are proficient in English too.
