Our graduate programme offers learning and personal development opportunities that you can take on in collaboration with your personal career coach who will support your development closely and make sure that your skills are applied to relevant projects that you are motivated to work on and learn from.
As part of the 2-year graduate programme, here is some of what you can expect:
- Graduate trips, arranged off-site, usually three-day events that are focused on the community and life of a Tax & Legal consultant
- Continuous development in your own Graduate Group focusing on training and developing specific competencies throughout the two years with fellow graduates
- Sociale events focusing on building relationships with your fellow graduates and colleagues
- On-the-job training, working as a tax and legal consultant on exciting projects right from the beginning.
