Kickstart your career as a graduate

As a graduate of Nykredit, you are going through an intensive learning process. Our targeted development program and mentoring ensures that there is focus on you and your development throughout the course and after. You will experience a steep learning curve that will make you quickly ready to take even more responsibility and put your fingerprint on our development.

Our graduate course lasts 12 months and you are permanently employed from day one. Throughout the process, you will be permanently affiliated with one of the following departments: The Credit Secretariat, Business Analysis & Special Engagements or Credit Processes & Credit Control, all of which are part of the business area Credit. From here you will get out on short internships in other departments to strengthen your knowledge of the business across the board.

Your new position

At Kredit, you become a central part of Nykredit’s credit risk management, where you will be responsible for the ongoing analysis and monitoring at both portfolio and individual case level. You will also be involved in fulfilling Kredit’s ambition to automate all relevant credit processes – the goal is for 80% of all credit processes to be digitized by 2020. In addition, you can expect to participate in or be responsible for managing development projects that support Nykredit’s goal of to be “Best for customers”. You will also be responsible for the development of concepts, processes and business procedures. All in all, you will quickly get independent responsibility for parts of Kredit’s task solution.

Your primary tasks will be:

  • participate in analyzes of data that provide insight into the business’s risk at portfolio and single case level
  • Provide feedback and save with our customer-facing devices
  • prepare analyzes and presentations for the management of Kredit, the Credit Committee and the Board of Directors
  • participate in various projects that support Nykredit’s goals
  • be superuser on data capture and analysis tools.


Your skills

It is a requirement that you complete your master’s degree with a relevant economic / analytical focus this summer or have completed it within the last year. In addition, this position requires that you are outgoing, professionally curious and equipped with a good deal of impact. It also adds to your nature to have an analytical, detail-oriented and systematic approach to your work tasks. Last but not least, you are a strong communicator both in writing and orally and enjoy working with data and IT tools.
