We are now looking for a graduate to join the Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Banking Compliance team.
The graduate programme is designed to kickstart your career. The programme is for 2 years and you’ll have rotations during that time with clear learning objectives to support your growth. You’ll be connected to a graduate buddy, that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the whole programme. You’ll also be offered mentoring, to ensure your personal and professional growth.
You will enter a focused Compliance track where you will get an understanding of Nordea’s organizational structure for keeping the customers and the bank safe (our three lines of defense) and how we manage compliance risks.
About this opportunity
Welcome to Large Corporates & Institutions and Business Banking Compliance. We have the responsibility to advise employees and management in Large Corporates & Institutions (LC&I) and Business Banking (BB) of compliance risks as well as monitoring compliance with relevant rules, regulations and market practices.
As Graduate, you will rotate between our units, e.g. Markets Compliance, Market Abuse Surveillance and Business Banking Compliance, where learning and growth define which tasks and projects you will be responsible for or participate in.
You will have a unique opportunity to obtain expertise within an exclusive field in banking which will serve as a strong foundation for building a career after the Graduate Programme.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate positions, you have:
- Master’s degree (latest 1st Sept. 2021)
- A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
- Excellent English language skills
