Graduate to Procurement & Facility Management 879 views

Would you like to kick start your career at Nykredit? With us you get responsibility from the first day – and we have an eye for you, your abilities and your development potential. Both professionally and personally. You get an important role in Procurement & Facility Management, which supports the Group’s procurement, procure to pay process and the operation and maintenance of our locations around the country.

Kickstart your career as a graduate

As a graduate of Nykredit, you are going through an intensive learning process. Our targeted development program and mentoring ensures that there is focus on you and your development throughout the course and after. You will experience a steep learning curve that will make you quickly ready to take even more responsibility and put your fingerprint on our development.

Our graduate course lasts 12 months and you are permanently employed from day one. Throughout the process, you will be permanently affiliated with the Procurement department, which is part of the Procurement & Facility Management business area. From here you will get out on short internships in other departments to strengthen your knowledge of the business across the board.

Your new position

In Procurement we are run by good business acumen and by being able to provide services for our stakeholders. For us it is important that you have the courage to take responsibility from the first working day. In the department, we attach great importance to both knowledge sharing and teamwork – and then we do not limit ourselves to theoretical barriers. We have a very informal structure that provides plenty of opportunities for you who want and can. As a graduate with us, you will have a broad interface and it is therefore essential that you thrive in an outgoing role with many balls in the air at the same time. You will also:

  • run a tender process from A-Z in interaction with internal and external stakeholders
  • implement and follow up on concluded agreements
  • continuously follow up and prepare spend analyzes
  • reconcile and invoice in Nykredit’s webshop.

Your skills

It is a requirement that you complete your Master’s degree program this summer or have completed it in the last year. In addition, you have strong communicative competencies that enable you to express yourself clearly and clearly in oral as well as in writing. In addition to this, it is natural for you to act independently and take the initiative yourself – eg. for sparring with your colleagues when it is beneficial. As a person, you have an open mind and are therefore no stranger to the innovative thinking that comes with it. In our department there is almost always speed, and therefore it is important that you thrive on changes. Your mindset is always curious and analytical – it’s the best solutions available. Last but not least, we expect, of course, that you are a grocery store of nature with the high level of service memory that belongs to it – after all, it is a large part of our department’s culture.

A career that is always moving

“We will prioritize the development and opportunities of the employees who want and can. We will be known for a trusting culture characterized by customer orientation, team spirit and drive ”.

This is the promise we have made to our employees. We recognize and appreciate the extra effort, ambitions, will and co-operation skills. Then you will and can, we guarantee you a career that is always moving towards new challenges and greater responsibility. In Nykredit, we also experience major changes, partly due to new regulation and increased digitization. It places demands on us as a company and as a workplace – and for you as an employee. In addition, we would like to move even closer to our customers – we actually have a goal of being the best for customers – and we therefore measure you on the difference you make for their lives, finances and dreams.
