Nordea Asset Management (NAM) is the centre of excellence for investment management in Nordea Group and serve both Nordea’s clients and external institutional & wholesale clients. Our central client and product service hubs are located in Copenhagen and Luxembourg. Moreover, we have subsidiaries and branches in 18 different locations worldwide presenting ~900 employees from more than 28 nationalities.

We invite you to kickstart your career in one of the leading European asset managers, by joining the Graduate Programme. Starting September 2021, you will be a part of a 2-year Graduate Programme and based in Copenhagen. You will be connected to several people, that will give you sparring, guidance and support throughout the whole programme which also include rotation and bootcamps. You’ll also be offered mentoring, to ensure your personal and professional growth.

We are looking for three Graduates in total. Each graduate will have one of the three following units as their main base.

 

Business Development

We are looking for a motivated Graduate to join our team and contribute in business development and change projects. As a Graduate you will conduct analyses, design and implement processes and solutions to meet business requirements. We are welcoming all educational backgrounds but imagine a business focused profile with a flair for IT, possibly with a degree in economics, finance, math or engineering.

 

FX Trading

We are looking for a Graduate with great analytical skills to join our team. You will contribute in trading activities of a range of financial products specially with focus on currency derivatives. As a Graduate, you should be able to understand basic definitions of financials products, market microstructure and be capable of reading and using data for decision-making. We welcome all educational backgrounds but imagine that you come with a technical educational background, e.g. within math or finance.

 

People

We are looking for a people-oriented Graduate with great data skills and an innovative mindset who can understand and respond to the business’ needs. As a Graduate in NAM People, you will contribute in building, facilitating and implementing people initiatives across NAM’s units. We are looking for a Graduate who is motivated to optimise our People data and deliver sustainable data-based HR solutions to the business. We welcome all educational backgrounds.

To be a qualified candidate for the Graduate positions, you should have:

  • A master’s degree (latest 1st Sept. 2021)
  • A maximum of two years’ post-academic work experience
  • Excellent English language skills
