Our Copenhagen office is looking for a talented junior or graduate structural engineer to join our Bridges and Civil Structures Team.

Our Junior and Graduate Engineers will be given the opportunity to:

  • Undertake modelling and analysis, production of designs and design calculations
  • Reporting of complex engineering problems and challenge the results to optimize a solution
  • Provide design and consulting services relevant to underground space, services related to excavation support systems, tunnelling systems, and structural works
  • Help shape our implementation of our digital agenda and drive the automation of our design services
  • Assist in the preparation of specifications, proposals, and other documentation under supervision
  • Increase your exposure in the global industry by working with a company regularly recognized as an industry leader

 

Your Technical and Personal Competencies

You are a team player, who enjoy working in a vibrant international environment on high profile projects. You are keen on taking on responsibility, and you possess the following competences:

 

Required:

  • A Master’s degree in Structural Engineering with special interest in Bridges and Civil Structures.
  • A passion for sustainable development.
  • A strong digital profile.
  • Fluent in English and Danish or any other Scandinavian language.
  • Good communications skills, verbally and written.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Solution oriented and with an independent way of working.

 

Preferred:

  • CAD and BIM skills (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, etc.).
  • Experience, or keen interest to learn about structural analysis packages such as SOFiSTiK, etc.
  • Experience in writing code/script and programing tools (e.g., Python, Dynamo or Grasshopper).
  • Experience in database software.
  • Internship experience with an engineering firm in the built environment.
