About the graduate programme
The Graduate Programme is a two-year journey consisting of four rotations across different functions and departments, where you will have the opportunity to assume various roles and responsibilities. Each rotation will enhance your business understanding and provide you with the opportunity to drive and support projects focusing on data enabled services in collaboration with some of the brightest minds. We will plan the first rotation before you start, and there may be an opportunity to spend one rotation abroad. As a graduate, you will be involved in forming your own career, and we will tailor the programme individually to ensure that your ambitions and expectations are met.
You will start the programme in our Technology Software department, where you will report directly to our Head of Analytics. Besides Technology Software, you will also have the opportunity to gain insight into our business as a whole, including our Service department, Product Management department, and our IT customer projects. The programme will focus on developing your technical and leadership skills, and you will assume responsibility for guiding smaller project teams of Specialists and Technicians, ensuring progress in a co-development project together with customers or in relation to a specific business opportunity. During the programme, you will also attend various courses provided by our own Kamstrup Academy, and we will work continuously with developing both your professional and personal skills.
Personality matters
We are looking for an ambitious, independent, and confident Project Management Graduate with a clear leadership gene who can help shape our future and contribute to the further success of Kamstrup. You have recently completed or are close to completing your master’s degree within Engineering, Technology Based Business Development, IT, Software, or similar. The most important thing is that you have a technical background as well as a good commercial understanding. It is a bonus if you have participated in case competitions with good results, had a semester or an internship abroad, or have other relevant experience.
As a person, you are motivated, driven, and want to kickstart your career in a growth-oriented organization. You thrive in a fast-paced environment, and your structured method ensures that you achieve results of high quality within the deadline. You have a commercial mindset and are not afraid to challenge the status quo in a dynamic workplace where no two days are alike. Furthermore, your excellent communication skills allow you to communicate with people of different backgrounds to establish trust and ensure progress.
You are fluent in English and Danish, both written and oral.
