Choose your graduate track – or maybe two?

You get to choose – based on your passion and interests – which of our four tracks you wish to join. If you want to try a new track during the program, you have the opportunity to rotate and afterwards choose where to continue your career. The four graduate tracks are: Digital Trust, Sustainability Assurance & Advisory Services, Governance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit, and Trust & Transparency.

Learn more about each track below:

Digital Trust: Do you dream of becoming the CIO’s most trusted advisor? In Digital Trust it is our goal to provide trust in companies’ use of IT systems and data protection – trust both internally in the companies and with their stakeholders and customers. We audit and test IT security, IT systems and platforms and perform advanced data analysis. Our work results in reports and presentations for the clients’ top management as well as in auditor’s statements for the clients’ stakeholders.

We are looking for people that are motivated to develop and apply their knowledge within IT, security and data, and want to combine the technical understanding with a business mindset. Cand.merc.aud., cand.merc.it., cand.it., cand.scient., civil engineer, or a similar technical education is a good starting point for your role as a graduate in Digital Trust.

Sustainability Assurance & Advisory Services: Would you like to work with companies’ transition to be more sustainable? If you are passionate about driving change and would like to learn more, then Sustainability Assurance & Advisory Services is the place for you. We help companies across industries future-proof their business – from strategy to action and from reporting to assurance. As a graduate, you will be exposed to a broad variety of tasks within sustainability management and reporting.

We are a team with many different backgrounds brought together by our shared interest in driving progress towards a more sustainable society in which everyone can thrive. We imagine that you, as a graduate in Sustainability Assurance & Advisory Services, have a cand.merc. or a similar Master’s degree, share our passion and bring fresh perspectives and ideas.

Governance, Risk, Compliance & Internal Audit: Do you want to help companies navigate in a dynamic world with increasing risks and demands for governance, risk, compliance and internal audit? To create success in an unpredictable environment companies must be resistant. It’s not just a question of being in a strong position, but also about understanding how changing risks can impact an industry and a company, and how companies can react quickly to change and come out stronger on the other side.

We help build resilience, create trust, work with values and sustainability along with embracing new technologies. Our unique combination of business acumen, industry insights, technical expertise and cooperation creates trust to navigate risks and make the decisions that make a difference. We help companies to establish data driven and technology supported risk management, control and compliance frameworks.

Our team has many different backgrounds, and as a graduate, we expect that you have an interest in risk management, and imagine that you for example have a cand.merc.IB, cand.merc.IPB, cand.merc.aud., or another education within economics.

Trust & Transparency (Hellerup): Do you want to help create trust and transparency in a complex world? We provide expert assistance and advisory services within financial crime and fraud, and security within commercial contracts where 2. parties need an unbiased 3. party assessment. Including for example quality assurance of public and private infrastructure and construction projects’ finances.

We are looking for graduates that want to be exposed to many different challenges and work areas, for example when working with due diligence, benchmarking and 3. party assurance.

We have many educational backgrounds, and imagine that you have studied for example cand.merc.IB, cand.merc.IBP, cand.merc.aud., cand.merc.jur., cand.polit. or a similar Master’s focusing on economics.
