As part of the 2-year graduate programme, here is some of what you can expect:
- Graduate trips, arranged off-site, usually two to three-day events that are focused on the community and life of a Tax & Legal consultant
- Continuous development in your own Graduate Group focusing on training and developing specific competencies throughout the two years with fellow graduates
- Social events focusing on building relationships with your fellow graduates and colleagues
- On-the-job training, working as a tax and legal consultant on exciting projects right from the beginning.
Being a graduate in Tax & Legal
You will jump straight into the role as a consultant and primarily build your professional skills through on-the-job training in close collaboration with experienced Tax & Legal professionals.
The graduate programme focuses on working together with fellow graduates and colleagues because we know that feedback, collaboration and diverse perspectives will enable us to identify the strongest solutions for our clients. Throughout the programme, you will build a strong professional and social network.

PwC’s Tax & Legal department is one of Denmark’s largest Tax & Legal departments, covering a broad range of tax and legal expertise. Our customers range from large multinational corporations to local businesses, public sector, private and partner-owned companies, private equity funds and individuals. This makes PwC a versatile and attractive workplace with a wealth of development opportunities.

In Legal, we provide, among other things, legal advice within company law, M&A, employment law, GDPR and commercial contracts to both Danish and international clients. We deliver high legal quality and handle complex projects and processes. Our services include:
- Legal advice
- Preparation of legal documents and agreements
- Legal due diligence
- Management of tasks and projects that cross Denmark’s borders and the international PwC network.
Who are you?

We are looking for people who could have a degree within law, auditing, economy or similar (e.g. Cand.jur, Cand.merc.jur, Cand.merc.aud, Cand.Oecon), who have recently graduated. Successful applicants will be invited for an interview with two PwC professionals from the relevant department and a colleague from Human Capital. Prior to the interview, you will be asked to complete a personality and cognitive capacity assessment test and to prepare a short case presentation. During the interview, we will get to know each other and explore if the position matches your profile and your career aspirations.
Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis, when we see a potential match. We reserve the right to close the job add once the right candidates have been found.
