Tryg’s IT Graduate Program is a 18-months’ career journey with three rotations within Business IT & Digitalisation. During the program, you will gain a deep understanding of our company, our business and our company values. You will boost your career and your own development. Kick-start your career | A program tailored for you
As a Graduate in Tryg you get an opportunity to expand your network and gain solid practical experience in a short time. You will be guided, mentored and challenged by your experienced colleagues and you will get a personal mentor and a graduate manager.
Your learning curve will be steep – at Tryg you’ll join a community of helpful and ambitious people who love to explore and grow. You will develop your passion for digital transformation and innovation even further. You will be offered training and development centered around your desired path of development, and you will gain a clear sense of how you can best apply your potential in the future.
The program offers three modules that will give you the opportunity to work across different business areas in Business IT & Digitalisation. You will get the opportunity to gain experience with business analysis, stakeholder management, agile delivery, cloud solutions and much more. This will help you develop a stronger business understanding and a holistic view on adding value in Tryg. Together with your graduate manager and your mentor you will form your own career journey as you decide on your three modules yourself.
You will be employed on a permanent contract. After completing Tryg’s IT Graduate Program, you will continue working in Business IT & Digitalisation. There are many different opportunities, but the most important goal is that you will be playing a significant role in impacting and driving the digital transformation and innovation journey in Tryg.
Your qualifications | Put your talent into play
You will complete a relevant Master’s degree, for example Cand.IT, Cand.Scient, Cand.Merc.IT, Cand.Polyt or similar in 2022, or perhaps you already graduated in 2021. You are truly interested in digital transformation and how to improve business, life and society through technology. You have strong analytical skills and above average academic achievements.

Our recruitment process

It is important for us, that you are always aware of the next step and receive an appropriate feedback all the way through.
You can expect to go through following steps in our process:
Step 1. We will carefully screen your CV and your motivational letter, looking at motivation, mindset and academic achievements.
Step 2. Selected candidates will be invited to the Assessment Day in Tryg’s office in Ballerup, where you can expect to meet some of our leaders and shine throughout several business cases
Step 3. A final interview with the Graduate Manager and a Talent Acquisition Partner including personality and aptitude assessment
