UX and Digital Design Graduate 558 views

Want to make your own design footprint across leading digital brands such as YouSee, Telmore and Fullrate? And would you like to join a huge network of talented peers who will help accelerate your talents?

As part of the TDC Group Graduate Programme, you will spend 1 year exploring and evolving your skills before building a career with us.

“We are inviting both UX and digital designers to join the team and get familiar with the newest design technologies and methods and make a visible impact on our digital experiences,” says UX/UI Chapter Lead at Digital Tribe, YouSee, Nicolai Fogh.

Solve exciting digital design challenges
Starting 12 August 2020, you will join around 50 other UX and UI designers in Nuuday, the business unit driving all the TDC brands, or in TDC NET, delivering the digital infrastructure. Here, you will work as part of a squad – cross-functional project teams cocreating digital experiences. You will solve digital challenges together with a product owner, journey expert, tester, content creator, front-end and back-end developers, etc.

At Nuuday, a task could for instance be to optimise the main navigation on yousee.dk or our sales flow for broadband sales by using A/B testing or to create brand new concepts for TV and music consumption on multiple platforms. At TDC NET, you will work to map out and visualise the new service provider journey for TDC NET’s new platform and help our customers build new innovative services based on 5G and fiber technology.

Depending on your role, you will carry out user research, user testing, empathy mapping, card sorting, wireframing and prototyping, create visual designs, illustrations, animations and micro interactions as well as facilitate workshops and design sprints. To get you off to a great start, you will take courses in the programs and technologies we use.

“We use FIGMA, Sketch as well as video and eye tracking, and we have a very cool usability lab which minimises administrative work and allows you to focus on the fun part – making great designs,” says Nicolai.

A programme built for you
Our graduate programme is a unique 1-year experience designed to ignite your TDC career. You will join one of our 3 business units: TDC Group, Nuuday or TDC NET. Here, you will spend 6 months at 2 different brands or group functions, giving you the chance to excel within your field of expertise in different business contexts.

We evaluate and adjust the programme to match your interests and potential, and you will get a personal development plan to ensure that your talent accelerates throughout the programme.

No matter which track you choose, you will work on high-priority projects and get real responsibility from day 1. You will be supported by mentors, sponsors from senior management and HR professionals and participate in social events and case camps with your fellow graduates from across the TDC Group.
