WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT IN THIS ROLE
You will join the Refinery Scheduling and Margin Management team, gaining hands-on experience in daily operational processes, decision-making mechanisms, and tactical planning. The role supports scheduling, blending, and production optimization while contributing to group-level refinery operations.
You will assist with production input data preparation, support tactical planning and crude supply scheduling, contribute to margin management and blending calculations, monitor inventory levels, and help identify operational opportunities and risks.

- has a BSc or MSc degree in Chemical Engineering (or a closely related engineering field)
- enjoys analytical thinking and solving complex operational problems
- stays calm and makes sound decisions under time pressure
- works with precision and pays attention to details
- communicates confidently and collaborates well with different stakeholders
- is proactive and enjoys taking ownership
- speaks English confidently
- has solid Excel skills; Power BI knowledge is an advantage
