ATP Koncernen er Danmarks største pensions- og administrationsselskab med hovedsæde i Hillerød og ca. 3000 medarbejdere fordelt på tre områder: pensionsforvaltning, investering og administration.

Udover at være en vital del af det danske velfærdssamfund har de også fået stablet et af de bedste graduate programmer på benene. Som graduate i ATP bliver du fastansat fra dag et og får derudover et netværk på tværs af hele virksomheden.

Du kommer sammen med resten af graduateholdet til at deltage i en række Masterclasses som f.eks. Stærk mundtlig formidling, Design Thinking og Networking, og så kommer du til at møde flere af ATP’s topchefer og nøglepersoner som giver dig et særligt indblik i forretningen. Du får også tilbudt en mentorordning i et afprøvet koncept, hvor du kan sparre med erfarne kollegaer i ATP.

Det eneste minus vil være for den eventyrlystne gradaute der gerne vil til udlandet under sit forløb – ATP er et dansk graduate program uden rotationer/projekter i udlandet.

In the Co-Business Graduate Programme you will start your career in a unique way. This is because, you will be rotating between three different companies during the two years the programme lasts.

You will start your programme in your “Home Base” (company 1) and after 7 months you will rotate and go to your first “Host Base” (company 2). After another 7 months you will rotate to your next “Host Base” (Company 3), before ending your programme at your “Home Base” (company 1) for the last 3 months.

The Co-Bu graduate programme is a true innovation within the graduate programme field. Here you get to experience what it is like to work in multiple different companies during the course of 24 months. Together with the programme manager you will decide your rotations based on your profile and preferences.

You will spend 8 months at each of the companies and develop a strong graduate profile. During the programme you will also have the opportunity to determine which of the roles suited you best and where you could potentially continue your career once the programme is over.

About the programme by Graduateships


As a graduate at Danfoss you get to experience (probably) the longest standing graduate programme in Denmark. The first candidates set foot on the premise in Nordborg back in 1974(!) as the first graduates in the programme.  The programme has been developed since then and today consists of 4 different rotations spread across 24 months. You get the opportunity to work in a number of different departments – at least one of them in one of their international offices.

Being an engineering heavy organisation you will be able to develop deep competences within the Supply Chain programme and work with state of the art technology. This is truly the place for any Supply Chain / Operation geeks. Where else would you get the opportunity to work on: “Planning the capital expenditures for ramping up our global supply chain as we are currently launching a new portfolio of frequency converters globally”

Another cool aspect about Danfoss is their push towards creating solutions that off set climate change. That has been and continue to be an important aspect for the management.

While not necessarily a negative, the HQ location in Nordborg on Als is to be considered as part of the overall considerations before applying. As part of the graduate programme you will not spend all your time at HQ, but will need to spend time there – also likely after ending the graduate programme. You should also be aware that at Danfoss you are very much in the drivers seat and expected to have a clear idea of what you want to get out of it, otherwise you might not get the full value out of the programme and the wide network you will build initially.

Som Graduate hos DFD bliver du en del af et 2-årigt forløb, hvor du får hands-on erfaring gennem en projektleder rolle. Dine projekter vil blive sammensat ud fra dine kompetencer og interesser samt DFD’s strategiske og operationelle behov. Forløbet vil klæde dig på til efterfølgende, at kunne varetage en stilling som nøgleperson i vores koncern. 

Du bliver en del af et Trainee-team på cirka 8 personer, som består af både nye og erfarne Trainees. Undervejs vil du møde engagerede kollegaer, spændende udfordringer, deltage i interessante kurser og lære nye forretningsområder at kende.

DFD er muligvis et ukendt brand for nogle studerende. Ikke desto mindre er det en af Nordens største servicevirksomheder indenfor vask og udlejning af tekstiler. Med kontorer i mere end 17 danske byer er de godt spredt ud over det ganske land og har deres hovedkvarter i Smørum – et stenkast fra København.

DFD’s graduate program har efterhånden nogle år under bagen og er virksomhedens måde at sørge for, at de tiltrækker de bedste talenter til kommende lederroller i den familieejede virksomhed. Det er en operationel virksomhed og din rolle vil derfor også være mere hands on end andre virksomheder. Du skal kunne lide at smøge ærmerne op og tage fat og appellerer ofte til studerende med en baggrund indenfor operationelle uddannelse (Operations, Supply Chain, Ingeniør osv). De opererer meget decentraliseret og du skal derfor forvente at få en masse ansvar fra dag et og være med til at gøre en forskel. 

Hvis du har drømme om en international karriere er dette måske ikke programmet for dig, da det som udgangspunkt opererer i Danmark (dog med et søsterselskab i Sverige). Derudover skal du være interesseret i at arbejde i en virksomhed med et meget konkret produkt, hvor du er klar til at tage fat og være en del af værdikæden. Er du det er det til gengæld også et godt sted at starte din karriere.

Our two-year graduate programme, starting on September 1st every year, consists of three rotations in different departments – depending on your background and interests – which gives you great opportunities to test yourself in different roles and tasks.

During the programme we offer you relevant courses, networking with the other graduates as well as sparring with management, Human Resources and your very own mentor.

You are not guaranteed a specific job after the graduate programme, but we guarantee focus on your professional and personal development.

Luckily the majority of our graduates chooses to apply for challenges in Energinet after their programme, and today we have many former graduates in roles as e.g. specialist, manager and even Director.

About the programme by Graduateships

Personal and professional development is at the center when it comes to Energinet graduate programme. For the duration of the programme you will have a mentor assigned to you which will serve as a valuable sparring partner during the graduate programme.

You will get to learn the ins and outs of the business over the 24 months the programme lasts. You will have a lot to say when it comes to determining in which departments your 3 rotations will take place.

About the programme by Hilti

Hilti Outperformer is a two-year program, where you’ll quickly be involved in a range of international projects, with lots of exposure to senior management. It’s fast paced and challenging, but we’ll closely coach and mentor you.

The program is split into four main stages of work; 12 months as an Account manager or Field engineer in Denmark, 3 months on an operational project at the national headquarters in Denmark, 6 months on a strategic project at regional headquarters in Manchester, GB and 3 months on an international project outside the region. If you’ve come from a mature market, you’ll work in an emerging market, and vice versa. A leadership development program at IMD in Lausanne is also included in the trainee program.

The KMD Graduate course is a development program for new graduates aimed at accelerating career growth through on-the-job training, mentoring and personal and professional development.

I vores graduateforløb lærer du Lidl at kende fra alle kanter – fra butiksgulv til ledelsesniveau. Efter 18 måneder i forløbet er du en super skarp Projektleder.

About the programme by Graduateships

Lidl has seen an impressive development since its humble beginnings in 1973 with a single store in Ludwigshafen in the southern part of Germany. The company has established itself in Denmark and is acquiring market shares and expanding with more shops.

Germany has a long history with using developing schemes for graduates and many larger German companies have today a graduate programme. The case is the same with Lidl that has made a well-developed programme, The Lidl International Graduate Programme. The company make sure you are introduced properly to the business and quickly develop a business acumen. The international rotation in the German headquarter is a nice touch, which will bring you closer to the strategic decisions, gather a deeper understanding and extent your network.

Finally, the graduate program offers good list of employer perks, including a car. However, one disadvantage can be that the main location will be Kolding, which can be less attractive to graduates that has been studying on for example Zealand.  On the upside, the company is planning to relocate to Aarhus in a newly-build, modern headquarter in 2023.

About the programme by Graduateships

The Graduate Programme which they have labelled internally as the European Trainee Program lasts 12 months and can be done within one of the following tracks: Business development/Sales, Technical project management and Application consulting.

Regardless of the track you have chosen it is kicked off with a 4 weeks introduction and training at their HQ in Lund where the trainees get to meet lots of new colleagues from the organisation.  While they don’t have official rotations they offers the opportunity to work from different offices instead of official rotations.

With 280 employees Lime is one of the smaller companies offering a graduate programme. Graduates have let us know that they appreciate the entrepreneurial vibes and the ability to have massive impact through their work. Being a smaller company graduates are in general given more responsibility.  On the flip side Lime is a smaller organisation and the brand might not be as well known as some of the other large IT companies operating in the Nordics.

Our global graduate program is designed to accelerate your personal and professional development with a focus on building strong change and strategy execution capabilities. We provide an international framework in which you will play an active role in co-creating your own tailor-made learning journey. The roots of the Novozymes graduate programme can be traced back to the demerger from Novo Nordisk roughly 20 years ago. The current CFO of Novozymes is himself a former Novo Nordisk graduate and naturally the graduate programme at Novozymes is held in high regard.

Novozymes provides great flexibility during the 2 year programme and graduates go through between 4-7 rotations. At least one of the rotations will be internationally and there will be a vast amount of possibilities depending on what department you will be working in. Amongst others most countries in Europe and the US.

Former graduates speaks highly about the ability to construct your own graduate programme and the international rotation. On the flip side it is a fast paced environment and with 4-7 rotations you need to be able to deal with a lot of change in a short period of time. Besides the support from HR and your Programme Manager you will also be allocated a Director level mentor which will help guide your career as well.

Their finance track attracts some of the brightest economic talents in Denmark and if you are looking to develop your commercial and financial skills in a global company the Novozymes graduate programmes is an awesome opportunity.

PFA’s graduate program er med til at klæde dig på til en karriere i koncernen. De fokuserer meget på din udvikling og du vil komme på adskillige workshops og bootcamps under forløbet. Derudover vil du også få en mentor tilknyttet under hele programmet. Du bliver fastansat fra dag 1 og sammen med dine graduate kollegaer er du en del af fremtiden i koncernen. PwC som virksomhed behøver ikke nogen videre introduktion. De er en af de førende konsulentvirksomheder både i Danmark, men også internationalt.

PwC havde i 2021/2022 det mest attraktive graduate program i Danmark og de har de seneste mange år klædt unge nyuddannede godt på og givet dem en god start på arbejdslivet.  Med deres fire forskellige program retninger: Tax & Legal, Audit, Risk Assurance og Advisory appellerer de bredt og der er noget næste for enhver smag.

Det er et graduate program med fart på og du vil hurtigt have mulighed for at omveksle din teoretiske erfaring fra universitetet til praktisk erfaring hos kunder. Du skal forvente en stejl læringkurve fra dag et af og du finder næppe et bedre sted at opbygge din “tool box”.

About the programme by UFST

 

Graduateprogrammet er et forløb for nyuddannede talenter, som er bygget op over 18 måneder med tre turnusser af seks måneders varighed. I løbet af de 18 måneder er graduatens stejle læringskurve i fokus. Den primære læringsaktivitet består af nye udfordrende opgaver hvert halve år i de nye kontorer. Dernæst er der en del læringsaktiviteter i graduategruppen med kurser, oplæg, sparring m.m. Endelig er der koblet en mentor til hver graduate, hvor graduaten får et fortroligt rum til at vende stort som småt og blive guidet til at løse udfordringer såvel som at gå efter egne ønsker.

Graduates ansættes i en fast stilling fra start og bliver derfor i organisationen efter de 18 måneder med mulighed for at gribe nogle af styrelsens mange karrieremuligheder.
