Become part of the reinvention of the car.In Electronics Production Planning, you will help shape the entire vehicle development and industrialization process for future electronic systems. The department develops innovative production concepts for the commissioning of electronic components and software-driven vehicle functions, from early concept development through implementation and handover to production plants worldwide. Working at the interface of Technical Development, Manufacturing, Digitalization, and international production sites, the team plays a key role in advancing the Software Defined Vehicle. After completing the program, you will contribute to the design, validation, and global rollout of next-generation production concepts, driving efficient, sustainable, and digitally enabled manufacturing solutions across the AUDI AG production network.

Job Purpose/Role

• You will complete the first project within your target field Electronics Production Planning

• During the program, you will work independently on up to four additional projects in various divisions of the company, one of which will take place at a VW Group brand abroad

• In addition, you will complete short modules in different areas of the company (e. g., assembly)

• You will engage in various working groups within the Graduate Trainee Community

• After completing the program, you will assume your permanent position in your target field

Key Requirements/Skills/Experience

• A university degree from an accredited institution in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Engineering or a similar field

• Above-average academic performance

• Interest in software-defined vehicles, electronics production, digital manufacturing, automation technologies, or industrial digitalization

• Initial practical experience gained through internships, research projects, or student activities is advantageous

• Minimum of three months of international experience during your academic studies through internships or an exchange semester

• Practical experience of at least six months through relevant internships

• Fluent English and German language skills at B2 level

• Relevant extra-curricular commitment
